I was listening to Cindy on Democracy Now this morning and she nailed it when she said it seems like we're (as a society) more interested in what's in Anna Nicole's fridge than how many people are dying daily in Iraq. It's sad. I hate to be cynical (it's a sad way to live), but it seems like we don't really want to accept that we were tricked into going to war and now it's time for us to demand that it end. We just don't want to accept that it's not really our war....

This country is waking up, albeit a bit late.  The scariest part is that still people are not aware enough, or care enough.
