Love Thy Neighbor
Although I’m very new to Kaballah, I would definitely consider myself a student of it. I’m fasinated by the ancient practice that explains spirituality as a technology for living. Everything I have read so far about Kabbalah falls in line with my fuzzy beliefs about the universe and about God. What’s even better is that the ideas of Kabbalah apply to all religions and belief systems. Instead of putting spirituality and science at odds with eachother, it unifies them. Basically, Kabbalah is teaching me the power of being proactive and fighting my reactive urges. Kabbalah is teaching me to be a better person.
The most basic belief in Kabbalah is to “love thy neighbor as thyself.” A beautiful idea that is played out in the bible, in the Big Book, and in life.
